This is an ACTIVE enrollment year which means action is required. Your action includes:
- Complete your certifications if enrolled in a USG healthcare plan. You will pay a surcharge if the below applies or if you do not complete the certification(s):
- Tobacco surcharge: $100/month per covered family member (age 18+)
- Working spouse surcharge: $100/month if you’re an active employee who covers a spouse who has an offer of medical coverage through an employer
- Enroll in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) if you would like one for 2021.
- Employees are encouraged to review their beneficiary information each year.
