What is Work of Art? Work of Art is a program about the art of living an emotionally healthy life. It helps you learn skills to foster resilience and boost happiness. You pick the activities that matter most to you — to enhance mindfulness, share gratitude, increase optimism, and make stronger connections.

How does it work? The program converts your favorite pictures to a simple sketch. Then each day when you log healthy activities, you “paint” a portion of the image. The more you do, the more your painting comes to life. Aim to complete about 1 work of art a week. When you’ve completed a painting you can share it in the gallery for all to see. There’s an optional team component that makes Work of Art even more fun, or you can participate as a solo artist.
Daily well-being tips help you strengthen connections, enhance mindfulness, share gratitude, and boost optimism. And an interactive message board where you can share successes or simply draw inspiration from others.
