Feeling a little blue? Reach out to a professional
If you’re feeling stressed or depressed, chances are you feel it from your head down to your toes. It’s no secret that mental health and physical well-being go hand in hand. And if it’s a family member who’s struggling, you’re probably hurting, too. Don’t worry. The Behavioral Health Resource Center offers around-the-clock access to health care professionals who can help you and your loved ones deal with: anxiety, depression, drug or alcohol abuse, eating disorders and other personal issues.
When you call the Behavioral Health Resource Center, you’ll talk to someone who has experience helping others and finding the right treatment programs.
Plus, you can now use LiveHealth Online Psychology to have a video call with a therapist from your home or any location that’s convenient for you — even during evening and weekend hours, based on availability.* All you need is a computer, tablet or smartphone.
