GHC Wellness is going virtual!
We are putting our planned in-person/on-campus activities and programs on hold for now. In an effort to stay socially engaged with GHC employees while maintaining social distancing, we are introducing a new GHC virtual challenge.
The Get Creative Challenge runs March 23th – March 30th
Join this 7-day Challenge for a chance to win GHC Wellness Prizes, plus major bragging rights. Be creative! Who says you have to do those same old boring workouts? Just write in your workout and duration, then send in your completed challenge log at the end of the challenge. Be sure to send in some pictures too so that we can share how you are creatively staying fit.

*Strive for 45 minutes of moderate activity every day. According to the U.S Department of Health and Human Services, adults should aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity every day. If you want to lose weight, maintain weight loss or meet specific fitness goals, you may need to exercise more. Want to aim even higher? You can achieve more health benefits if you ramp up your exercise to 300 minutes or more a week.
