Subject: Print and Electronic 2019 W-2 Availability

Electronic 2019 W-2s are now available in OneUSG Connect. To view or download your W-2, follow these steps:

1. Log into OneUSG Connect.
2. Click the Taxes tile.
3. Land on the View W-2/W-2c Forms page.
4. For the Tax Year 2019, click Year End Form.

Print 2019 W-2 By Mail:  If employees did not consent to receive their 2019 W-2 electronically by the December 31, 2019 deadline, they will receive their W-2 by mail on or before January 31.

Please note:  If you received your W-2 by mail, you may notice the format is different from the electronic version posted in OneUSG Connect. Either version can be used for tax purposes. The information presented is the same in both versions with one exception – the electronic version does not include the control number (Box D). The control number may be used for the quick population of an employee’s W-2 data in e-filing systems; however, the omission of this field on the electronic version should not affect your ability to file your taxes.
