The Twas the Week Before Christmas Wellness Challenge will help keep your mind focused and your body in good health and spirits.
To participate, complete one wellness activity for each day of the challenge. There are four categories to choose from: Fitness, Nutrition, Well-being, and Community. Simply choose an activity to complete each day and log it on the attached tracker.
