We need your input! Last week, President Green sent out a call for employees to participate in our Organizational Climate Survey.

Dear GHC Family,
It is my intent to consistently make Georgia Highlands College a better place to work. As part of that effort, I need to know how you feel about the climate within the institution; good and bad.

As part of our strategic planning process, we’d like all employees to complete this Organizational Climate Survey. This survey should take 20-25 minutes to complete. Your participation in the survey is voluntary and all responses are confidential. Open responses will be analyzed and coded for themes and exemplars, but no raw data will be shared. No personally identifiable information will be associated with your response in any reports of these data. You have the right to stop at any point during the survey, for any reason, and without penalty. Should you have any concerns or questions, please contact Amanda West, in the Office of Planning, Assessment, Accreditation, and Research, at awest@highlands.edu.

The results of this survey will allow us to employ new strategies to improve your experience as an employee at GHC.

The survey will remain open until noon on Sept. 6, 2019. Your responses will help make GHC a stronger institution as we work on our next strategic plan.

We are currently at about 15% participation. I know this is a busy time, but your input and feedback via this survey is essential. It is important that you complete the survey; incomplete responses do not give us the same perspective as incomplete responses.
