Good Morning,

We will receive two holidays for the 4th of July this year. Thursday, 07/04/2019  and Friday, 07/05/2019. Please note that we are allowed 8 hours holiday pay for 07/04/2019 and 4 hours holiday pay for 07/05/2019. You have two options to make up the 9 required hours for 07/04/2019.

1. You will need to either work an extra hour during the week of 06/30-07/06 to make up the required 9 hours.
2. You may record 1 hour of vacation pay on 07/04/2019.
