Ethics Awareness Week begins next week November 12th. This week, we will be posting ethical scenario questions each day. Each question is connected to a specific GHC policy that supports the answer. The first person to correctly respond and include the key policy will receive a FREE USG drawstring bag, GHC ID case, and headphones from Human Resources.

Question 4:

One of your colleagues openly identifies as a transgender woman. You notice that another colleague of yours continually calls her “sir” and “mister” to which she has repeatedly asked him to stop. She is unsure how to proceed. How would you assist her and to which policy would you direct her?
