Thank you to the employees that completed the OneUSG Employee Survey. The survey results are provided in the attachment.
Points of clarification to comments in the survey:
- Additional training opportunities were listed in GHC Inform on March 19th and in an email that Stephanie Loveless distributed on March 19th
- Additional labs will be provided on an as needed basis; employees should contact Terri Cavender to request additional labs at their location
- Go-live for OneUSG Connect is Sunday, March 25th

- ADP’s portal will remain available for employees for 3 years
- Employees should select a preferred phone number in personal information. HR will ensure, when hiring employees, that the business number is the preferred number which will be displayed in the corporate directory.
Other points to be aware of:
- Often in the system you will see a title that is associated with the job code that the position you occupy relates to, not your business title. After transition we will complete the additional steps to have business titles reflected more often in the system.
- GHC salary grade assignments will be added during the project on business titles.
- You can view your original start date in personal information under additional details.
