Please join us in welcoming Jackson Mathews, Auxiliary Services Director, to our Georgia Highlands College community. Jackson’s primary location will be the Cartersville Instructional Site.

Jackson is originally from Montgomery, Alabama. He graduated from Auburn University with a bachelors in accounting and a minor in finance. Jackson also has a master’s in sports fitness management with an emphasis in athletic administration from Troy University. Jackson’s previous position was as the Associate Director for Facilities and Operations for the Georgia Tech Athletic Association

Fun Fact: Jackson has a dog named Leon, a German short-haired Pointer, who is always cheerful and excited. Jackson also loves to travel and one of his goals is to visit all 50 states.
