The Emerging Leaders program is an award-winning leadership development program that helps students discover more about themselves, their leadership style, group dynamics, and communication. The program consists of a series of short workshops and open discussion meetings based on the best-selling book The Student Leadership Challenge by Kouzes & Posner. Participating student must attend four out of six workshops to complete the program and will be recognized at the annual Honors Night ceremony.
