With continued enrollment increases, building renovations, construction, program expansions and a successful athletics program, Georgia Highlands College is in the spotlight among the state’s university system.
Spring enrollment is up 3.9 percent. This increase follows a 4.6 percent jump last fall, a 9.9 percent increase last summer and a 6.3 percent increase last spring. With total enrollment near 6,000 student among its five campuses in Rome, Cartersville, Dallas, Douglasville and Marietta, GHC is the second largest two-year school in the state.
