GHC Softball sweeps Andrew College in a pair of conference games at home.

The Chargers won game one 8-3 with Micayla McCoy getting the win and Rebecca Meade earning the save. Meade would continue on the mound in game two picking up a complete win of her own in route to a 13-3 five inning run-rule.

Freshman led the Chargers offensively as Mackenzy McFarland launched her first collegiate homerun deep over the left field wall and Shayla Smith got on base nearly every at-bat highlighted by a perfect 4 for 4 performance in game two.

The Chargers are now 20-5 on the season and 4-2 conference. The Chargers have another conference double-header tomorrow vs Abraham Baldwin College at home.  Games are scheduled for 4pm & 6pm eastern at Stars Field (2200 Joe Frank Harris Parkway, Cartersville, 30121).
