The Chargers travelled to Waycross, GA to take on South Georgia State and came away with a 98-82 win and the GCAA Regular Season Championship. GHC led 51-44 at the half but extended their lead to as by as many as 27 in the second half .

GHC was led by Kamar McKnight with 23, Antonio Wade had 16 points to go along with Kyvon Davenport’s double-double 15 points and 10 rebounds. The Chargers (27-1), (14-1) in conference play will close out the regular season on Saturday at the Corral with a 2:00pm tip off versus ABI. Also with the regular season championship under their belt the Chargers will host a first round NJCAA Region XVII Tournament home game on Tuesday March 7th at 7:30pm , opponents to be determined.
