Volunteers needed for Holiday Festival Basketball Tournament

It is that time of year again as we get ready for the Holiday Festival Basketball Tournament. This tournament has 8 high schools all from our service area on campus for three days, 4 games each day.

The GHC Foundation and GHC Athletics benefit from this event. The Tournament brings in money for the non-traditional scholarship program through the Foundation and to the Athletic Program as well.

We are in need for ticket takers for the three days, the time slots and days are listed below. We would appreciate any help you might provide. This a great opportunity for our faculty and staff to be out front welcoming the community to our campus. The annual tradition has been on this campus for 34 years. If you ask many of our students and their families when was the first time you visited GHC, they would say the Holiday Festival Basketball Tournament.

Saturday Dec. 17th

2:00pm – 5:30pm (2 people for each time slot)

5:30pm – 8:30pm (2 people for each time slot)

 

Monday Dec. 19th

3:00pm – 6:30pm (2 people for each time slot)

6:30pm – 9:30pm (2 people for each time slot)

 

Tuesday Dec. 20th

3:00pm – 6:30pm (2 people for each time slot)

6:30pm – 9:30pm (2 people for each time slot)
