GHC held off the Ft. Benning Knights at the Corral 84-67 on Military Appreciation Night. The Chargers jumped out early, building their largest lead of the night 33-11. The Chargers balanced scoring attack had 5 players in double digits led by Kyvon Davenport’s 19 points, 10 rebounds, Antonio Wade with 16, Ty’lik Evans and Kamar Knight each with 11, and Rico Bonds with 11. “It was another balanced scoring game, Davenport played another great game,” said Charger Head Coach Phil Gaffney.
The go to 6-0 on the season, The Chargers return to action on Friday and Saturday at the Corral as they host the Dana Davis Classic. GHC takes on ABI on Friday at 7:30pm , and Middle Georgia on Saturday at 3:00pm
