As the chief operating officer of Facebook since 2008, Sheryl Sandberg admits that gender biases and stereotypes still exist in the workplace, but suggests that making it to the top is all about confidence. She urges women to believe in themselves, to give it their all, and she asks, “What would you do if you were not afraid?”
