Sign-up for the college’s annual weekend trip to Montgomery for the Alabama Shakespeare Festival is now underway through Student Life. The trip is open to GHC students, employees, and guests.

This year’s plays are “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” and “Driving Miss Daisy.” A guided tour of the Civil Rights Memorial Center (adjacent to the National Civil Rights Memorial) will also be part of the trip. In addition, there will be time to enjoy the beautiful ASF grounds and visit the gift shop.

This is a very friendly trip, enjoyable for the fellowship as well as the trip activities. If you have been, it might be time to go again. If you have never been on the ASF trip, this is your chance.

The Humanities Division/Student Life sponsored trip is in its 31st year, so we must be doing something right.

A deposit of $50 by March 1 will hold your spot in the April 30-May1 trip with the balance due by March 23.
