Good Morning GHC!

With the holidays quickly approaching, we wanted to send out a few reminders.

1. For the week of Thanksgiving (11/23-11/27), we will record both Thursday, 11/26 and Friday, 11/27 as 8 hour holidays. You will need to work 8 hours per day Monday, 11/23, Tuesday, 11/24 and Wednesday, 11/25 to make a total of 40 hours for the week.
2. For the week of Christmas (12/21-12/25), we will apply 8 hours of holiday per day for Wednesday, 12/23, Thursday, 12/24 and Friday, 12/25. You will work 8 hours per day on Monday, 12/21 & Tuesday, 12/22 to make a total of 40 hours for the week.
3. For the week of New Year’s (12/28-1/1/2016), we will apply 8 hours of 2015 holiday per day for Monday, 12/28 and Tuesday, 12/29. For Wednesday, 12/30, we will apply the remaining 4 holiday hours for 2015.
4. For Wednesday, 12/30, you will need to record 4 hours of annual leave.
5. For Thursday, 12/31, you will need to record 8 hours of annual leave.
6. For Friday, 01/01/2016, 8 hours of 2016 holiday pay will be applied.

Please note the only time you will actually enter is the 12 hours of annual leave. With the holiday pay, you will have 40 hours per week for the above weeks. Please work with your supervisor to resolve any unforeseen issues as they arise.
