Since 2000,The Siegel Institute has been celebrating women through their annual Phenomenal Women’s Conference, where women of all backgrounds come together to exchange ideas about leadership, motivation and progress in the world.

Nominate a Phenomenal Woman for the 2016 Phenomenal Woman of the Year The Siegel Institute for Leadership, Ethics & Character invites you to nominate an outstanding woman for our annual Phenomenal Woman Award to be presented at our 2016 Phenomenal Women’s Conference scheduled for March 18, 2016. An Awards Committee will review the nominations and make the selection.

Criteria for the Phenomenal Woman’s Award:

1)Has shown extraordinary accomplishments in her life, career and/or community, including outstanding leadership and participation. (This should include both job-related and non-job related accomplishments.)

2)Has distinguished herself in broad community service. (Community may refer to local area or to activities on a regional, state, national or international scope.) Has set examples of achievement in community service.

3)Has served as an exemplary role model to other women and has made a significant difference to women in the community.
