The Inauguration of Dr. Green is coming soon. The official inauguration ceremony is planned for September 18th at 10am on the Floyd Campus along with many other events in conjunction with the occasion. Stay up-to-date on events and details regarding this historic moment in GHC history.

All faculty and staff are encouraged to attend the Inauguration Ceremony at 10am on September 18th.
FACULTY: Classes will be canceled that day and faculty have and will continue to receive information via email regarding participation in the ceremony processional. Faculty needing to order regalia should do so via the emailed instructions by end of the day on July 27th (today). RSVPs for marching in the processional will be taken by your division Administrative Assistant. Please let them know if you will be participating or not so we have a firm head count by academic division.
STAFF: Staff members are encouraged to rsvp for the inauguration ceremony by clicking the link on the inauguration website under the “ceremony” tab. There will also be a live stream of the ceremony for anyone that is not available to attend in person. The link for the live stream will be posted on the ceremony webpage prior to the event.
GALA DETAILS: The Highlands Inauguration Gala will be held on September 18th at 6:30pm at the Cartersville Campus Student Center. Tickets are required for this event and sponsorships are available. For details and to purchase your tickets online go to inauguration.highlands.edu
