Interacting with customers, colleagues and supervisors can involve difficulty. Conflict often arises over goals, expectations, the way to do things, or personality differences. Dealing with Difficult People will help you gain more power to influence and build relationships in difficult situations and to prevent conflicts from occurring.

In this three hour session that includes video examples and live practice, participants will learn to:
• Identify the causes of difficult behaviors.
• Develop strategies to address difficult behaviors.
• Practice applying strategies effectively.
