This upcoming course in Essentials of Leadership is both one of the prerequisites for, as well as one of the foundational courses required to complete the Management Development Certificate Program. The Management Development Certificate Program (MDP), offered by the Center for University Learning at Kennesaw State University, is a series of courses designed to enhance the leadership capacity of Kennesaw State University and their Professional Development Consortium partners.
The Essentials of Leadership course will give both managers and employees a set of essential skills to meet both practical organizational needs and peoples personal needs.

Participants in this course will learn to:
– Accomplish more in interactions in less time while enhancing interpersonal relationships.
– Help people enhance their performance by providing them with effective feedback.
There is still one week left to register for Essentials of Leadership. If you would like to attend, the class will be held on Wednesday, September 10, 2014, at Southern Polytechnic State University in the Joe Mack Wilson Student Center, Room A-216, from 1PM – 5PM.
