Tuition Assistance Program
Deadline July 15, 2014

In an effort to automate and expedite the TAP process for employees located at different campuses, effective the Fall 2014 semester, Human Resources has automated the TAP application process.

Update: Human Resources will now only accept TAP applications electronically.

The Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) is available to full time benefits-eligible employees of the University System of Georgia who have successfully completed a minimum of six (6) months of employment in a benefit-eligible position (as of the date of the TAP application deadline for the desired academic semester).

Tuition Assistance refers to attending classes at any institution under the University System of Georgia. Participation in the program is on a space-available basis from the teaching institution.

• July 15, 2014 is the Tuition Assistance Program deadline for the Fall 2014 semester – please have the TAP application in our office by this date.

• The application for the program (and other information) can be found on the following website:

 The preferred browser to access the form is Internet Explorer.

 Employees complete the entire EMPLOYEE SECTION only of the fillable TAP application and send electronically to Terri Cavender in Human Resources. Incomplete applications will be returned.

• Grades must be submitted to Human Resources for current program participants prior to submittal of the next semester’s application.
