The Chargers went into the GCAA Conference tournament as the #7 seed , but that did not deter the Chargers as they come out with the upset 88-74 over the Golden Eagles of Chattahoochee Tech, (25-5) the # 2 seed in the tournament.
The Chargers were led by Kentavious Clowers and Donovan Harris who each had a double / double, Clowers had 20 points and 10 rebounds Harris had 19 points and 11 rebounds. Dominique Lindsey had 15 points.
The Chargers first GCAA Conference tournament play off appearance was a victorious one propelling the Chargers to the GCAA Final Four on Friday versus Central Georgia Tech at 5:30pm on the road in Americus Georgia.
