USBank is the new vendor for Flexible Spending and continues as the vendor for the Health Savings account. A welcome email has been sent to account holders. Individuals in the scenarios below received an email for each plan type (HSA, FSA and/or Limited Purpose FSA) they are participating in.
1. Any employee enrolled in a Medical FSA or Dependent Care account
2. All new HSA participants
3. Any HSA participant that had a change to the enrollment effective date or HDHP coverage level
US Bank will send out reminder emails every 7, 14 and 21 days for anyone who has not accepted the terms and conditions of their account.
