BCBSGA has begun releasing the 2014 Insurance ID cards so members should receive one by mail shortly. All enrollees will be issued a new card this year. The effective date on the card will be 1/1/13 (the date we were issued a new group number) or the date in which the member became eligible for medical benefits with the University System, whichever is later.
