Information Technology is responsible for scheduling reservations for all video conferencing.
There is a master calendar that needs to be viewed for available dates/times before request is submitted.

If you wish to schedule a video conference contact Leah Holder, leholder@highlands.edu.
Within your request you will need to present the following information:
Name of meeting
Date of meeting
Time and duration of meeting
Owner of meeting
Sites connecting to meeting
Upon completion of your request, you will be sent “Reservation Confirmation” via email.
Please give as much notice as possible when submitting a request and confirmations will be sent within 48 hours.
