As the Wellness program gets going this semester I wanted to introduce the program with a webinar. With everyone being spread out, I thought this would be a better way to reach out to everyone.
In the webinar, I wanted to address some of the questions that usually surround getting started with a new exercise routine such as how to make it most effective, how to address your specific goals, and how the the wellness program can fit into that. This will also be a great time to ask questions about the online tracking log if there are any.
The webinar will be this coming Friday, 9/6, at 10:30 am. Below is a link that will give you access to the session. Please log on to the session a few minutes early so you can get any problems sorted out with getting into the session. Your attendance will count for Wellness points. I hope you will join in!
