The Office of Student Life is requesting nominations for the annual
Spirit Award, Leadership Award, Who¹s Who and Steve Burns Service Award.
Please consider students to nominate for each award. Individuals to be
nominated may come from your classes, club, work environment or from the
student body in general. All awards will be presented during the Honors
Assembly on Thursday, April 4, 2013.

Please complete the official forms (attached) in detail and return them
to the Office of Student Life by 5:00 p.m. on March 11, 2013. A list of
eligible Who’s Who students is attached.

Both the student body and the Office of Student Life appreciate your
