GHC now offers online ordering and tracking for diploma replacements through Parchment. There is a $25 fee for all replacement diploma requests. Diplomas not picked up or received within a year are subject to the replacement fee.
A replacement diploma may be obtained by logging directly into the Parchment website and following these steps:
- Select the "Ordering your own credentials or academic records" option
- Creating a free Parchment account (if you do not already have one),
- Choosing the Diploma Reorder/Award option
- Complete the required information
You will receive a digital diploma as well as a mailed printed diploma. The digital diploma will be available indefinitely at Parchment at no charge to you. You can expect to receive your printed diploma within 2-3 weeks of placing your order. The digital diploma is typically available within 72 business hours. All replacement diplomas will have the current University System of Georgia and Georgia Highlands College administration signatures
