Film students in the School of Humanities at Georgia Highlands College recently participated in the annual SaberComp battle, an international film competition that focuses on light saber battles as a way to emphasize film skills in production and post-production.
GHC students placed in the top 10 for the competition. They were featured in the official highlight reel, and they also participated in the livestream event on YouTube this past Saturday.
GHC students completely engineered the entire project — from deciding they wanted to participate to writing to directing to building the props to editing.
