The use of phone calls for Multi-Factor Authentication (Duo Security) will be discontinued for all student and employee Single Sign-On accounts beginning Thursday, January 19th, 2023. If you’re currently using phone calls to receive a Duo Security login code, please update your preferences by visiting duoportal.highlands.edu.
Georgia Highlands College recommends using Duo Push by installing the Duo Mobile app on your Apple iPhone or compatible Android device. You can also use the Duo Mobile app to generate login passcodes if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi or cellular data with your device. Students may also check out Duo Authenticator token from the library. Faculty/staff can request a Duo Authenticator token from IT by emailing rt@highlands.edu.
