Employee Contact Information

In anticipation of Open Enrollment, we are requesting that all employees verify that their contact information is accurate in OneUSG.

Correspondences, such as Open Enrollment worksheets and confirmations, are system generated and sent to the mailing address we have in the system so it is imperative that all employees review their contact information in OneUSG and make sure it is current.

Be sure to include your phone number and check your Emergency Contact Information, as well.
