Important Change to Network Shares (“H-Drive”)

The Division of Information Technology is preparing to discontinue the use of employee “H-Drive” accounts. These legacy file shares were provisioned with employee accounts prior to 2018 and provided those individuals with a network location to back up important documents from their GHC-issued devices. Due to the availability of Microsoft OneDrive and the low usage of employee “H-Drive” accounts, we will be discontinuing and removing all “H-Drive” folders and files on June 1st, 2021. This will allow us to free up important network resources and reduce data risk to GHC.

This change will NOT affect the “P-Drive”, which is a separate network share used for departmental/divisional network shares.

If you have documents stored in your “H-Drive”, please review those files and relocate any that you wish to keep to your OneDrive account associated with your GHC email address.
