Perusall and Vialogue: Social Annotation Tools
Building critical thinking skills is a challenge, especially in online courses where there is no live discussion component. This webinar will take a look at two social annotation tools: Perusall and Vialogue. Persuall provides a way for students to annotate, comment, and discuss uploaded texts, and Vialogue does the same for video recordings, allowing students to watch and discuss in an online platform. These active learning components offer students a way to engage more deeply with the content.
