Reducing Stress – Free Mindfulness & Yoga courses

USG Well-being and Virgin Pulse have teamed up with Whil to offer free yoga and mindfulness courses for benefits eligible employees. These brief videos offer easy to follow instructions and are perfect for both beginners and  beyond.

To access these and other USG Well-being programs follow the pathway below:

  1. https://oneusgconnect.usg.edu/
  2. Click Manage My Benefits (Duo)
  3. Click on the well-being tile (beach chairs & umbrella)
  4. Click on ‘programs’ in top left corner
  5. Click Reducing Stress (9)-left corner under FOCUS topic
  6. Scroll all the way down to WHIL – YOGA 101 or Mindfulness 101
  7. Learn the basics of a yoga practice or mindfulness in these starter programs.
