Behind 18 points from Tynasia Bunting, the Lady Chargers knocked off the 3-seed Central Georgia Tech Lady Titans to advance to the GCAA title game tomorrow against South Georgia Tech at 2:00PM

The game started out close with the Lady Chargers trailing early but they were able to grab a slim lead at the end of the 1st quarter, 19-16. The 2nd quarter saw GHC outscore CGTC 18-4 to open up a 37-20 lead at halftime. The second half saw GHC lead by as many as 24 points on their way to a 71-56 victory.

The win sets up a rematch against South Georgia Tech, who is the only conference opponent to beat the Lady Chargers this year. Their last contest saw GHC drop a heartbreaker 66-68. We will need to play another great game to knock off the 1-seed. Tune in and support the Lady Chargers on their quest for a GCAA title and a spot in the NJCAA District Championship game.
