What are Budget Hearings?

Annually, GHC holds budget hearings in order to learn more about the goals, activities, and challenges of each area. This is also a way to strategically allocate any new funding in innovative ways that directly relate to our strategic plan and mission in the new fiscal year.

Who can attend?

Budget Hearings are open for observation by all Faculty and Staff. If you are interested, please be sure to communicate with your manager in advance for approval to attend.

Why should I attend?

Budget Hearings are extremely informative, and provide a great opportunity to learn about different things happening within the institution. They also provide a stronger understanding of how the institution allocates funding, while learning more about the needs throughout the different divisions.
