Subject: Some Employees Receive An Error Message When Making Changes to Their G4

Some employees are getting the following error message when making changes to their G4 in OneUSG Connect > Employee Self Service > Taxes tile.

Field does not exist-FED_TAX_DATA.FWT_FORM_VERSION.(180,104) STATE_TAX_DATA.EMPLID.SaveEdit PCPC:9801 Statement: 173
A reference to a record.field name was made and the record.field name was not found to exist. Verify that the field exists on the page in which the PeopleCode program is being executed.
Review the program for errors. If necessary, run a PeopleCode trace to determine the program that failed.
