Known Issue: Updating Mailing Address in Employee Self Service

Known Issue: When an employee updates their home address and then attempts to update their mailing address while on the same page, OneUSG Connect displays a “Page data inconsistent with database…” error message. This does *not* prevent employees from updating both their home and mailing addresses; it simply adds an additional step for them to do so.

Functional Workaround: Once an employee updates their home address and saves successfully, the employee should click the “home” icon in the top right hand side of the OneUSG Connect header to return to the Employee Self Service landing page. From there the employee will select the Personal Details Tile > Addresses and then update mailing address.

Tentative Resolution Information: The OneUSG Support team is working on a resolution and an update will be provided as soon as possible.
