Thank you for participating in the 2019 USG Well-being program!

If you and/or your spouse earned any well-being credits between January 1 and September 30, you will receive your credit payment on your last paycheck in November or December.

Employee credit payments will be shown on your paycheck under the additional pay section as “WBI”(Well-Being Incentive).
