Due to adding Augusta University to the OneUSG system in June and the annual fiscal year close out, comp time payouts have been moved up this year. The comp time hours paid out to each eligible employee will be based on the employee’s comp time balance as of May 18, 2019. All comp time accrued through May 18, 2019 will be paid out on the June 1st Biweekly paychecks, which will be direct deposited on June 7, 2019. All accrued comp time greater than 240 hours per employee must be used by May 18, 2019 or it will be forfeited. If you have any questions, please email payroll@highlands.edu.
