The Department of Student Life is looking for faculty and staff to nominate students for the annual Emerging Leaders program to be held during Spring Semester 2017.

Emerging Leaders is an introductory leadership development program that helps students learn what it takes to be a campus leader. The program consists of a series of meetings where participants share the Five Practices of Exemplary Student Leadership as written in Kouzes & Posner’s “The Leadership Challenge” best-selling book.

Before you close the books on Fall Semester, please take a few minutes to reflect on the students you shared your classroom with. Submit the names and emails of any and all students that you think would benefit from our Emerging Leaders program. Student Life will reach out to these students and invite them to participate based on your nomination.
