Please join us in welcoming Richard Grant, Police Sergeant, to our Georgia Highlands College community. Richard’s primary location will be the Douglasville Instructional Site. His hometown is East Point, Georgia. He has a Master’s in Business and Public Administration. His previous job was with the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice as an Operations Support Manager/HITS Law Enforcement Commander.
