Your writing is often the first or only chance to create a professional image for yourself and your department. Make your written communications clear, effective and professional.

Participants will learn to:
• Implement techniques to effectively write all types of business documents.
• Utilize outlining to plan documents.
• Follow acceptable protocol for e-mail and other electronic communications.
• Edit and proofread for complete and professional documents.
