Dear GHC Faculty/Staff Member,

The Office of Student Life is now seeking students for our “Emerging Leaders” student leadership development program! The objectives of this program are to build a foundation for future student leadership at GHC, to enhance student involvement in and out of the classroom, to aid in the commitment to student engagement, and to provide formal leadership training for our students.

The recruitment process for the Emerging Leaders program begins with you! We would like you to nominate students who you feel have leadership potential and a desire to learn more about themselves and the college and will have the ability to give back to the GHC community. All students nominated will have the opportunity to apply and interview for group selection for the Spring 2015 program at all GHC locations.

Your support and recommendation means much to these students, so we encourage you to contact the students you nominate to let them know that they will have the opportunity to be involved in this program. If you alert them to your nomination, they will be anticipating the information about Emerging Leaders that we’ll send to them as the semester ends.
