Open Enrollment ends Friday, November 22, 2013!

Open enrollment is an active enrollment which requires employees to log into ADP and select their benefits. Why? Because there are new providers, changes in coverage options and a required tobacco use certification.

Tobacco use certification is required upon enrollment in healthcare coverage for 2014 OR you will DEFAULT to tobacco user and pay $50 per month extra healthcare premiums per covered tobacco user 18 and older.

Certify on-line at (http://portal.adp.com) no later than November 22nd!

You may update your tobacco user status at any time throughout the year and the change will go into effect the first of the next month. There will not be tobacco surcharge refunds for employees who do not certify during the Open Enrollment period.
