GHC Wellness Program

Those of us who have been working on the GHC Wellness program are excited to get going this semester. The program will officially begin next week (9/1). At that point you can begin logging your activities on the webpage. It has been designed for mobile use so it should make it very simple for you to access. All you need to do is log in to our Activity Log page. Your GHC network credentials will grant you access.

Our goal is to get 50% participation from the faculty and staff. Remember, the monthly awards are for those who participate in classes and those who are participating on their own. Either way, log your activities!

Upcoming classes include: Dance Fitness (comparable to Zumba classes), walking, resistance training, yoga, and spin class. There will also be webinars that you may attend that will cover a variety of wellness topics.
